Senior Guy Pictures
I often am asked if I only take senior girls pictures!? HECK NO! I love capturing senior guy pictures, too. In fact, guys are much easier (usually) and so much more laid back than my female sessions. Don’t get me wrong, I love my girls and all the beauty that comes with them and the twirling and long hair, but there’s something about that standard guy pose with the arms crossed and looking all masculine! You know the one I’m talking about. Wait, YOU DON’T!? Here…
Ok, now that we have that one out of the way, let me share a few more with you!
So mom, dad and Rachel (girlfriend) joined Michael at his session. We chose Negley Park in Lemoyne for to capture Michael’s Senior Guy Pictures. It was another one of our HOT, muggy days, or maybe that was just me because I’m a mess until we’re done with the senior sessions. Luckily, I’m on the other side of the camera so you don’t get to see that. Anyway, for about half of the session, it was just Michael and I walking around the park, taking pictures. Rachel came to tell us something at one point and joined us for the remainder. I think you’ll be able to tell in these images which ones she was present for and which ones she wasn’t.
There were several smiles that only a girlfriend can obtain and she totally wanted that “guy look” of the one hand in a fist by his face. He put it off for a while, but finally succumbed to the pressure.
Michael finished up his session with wanting to climb a tree for a couple of images. I made him let me take a few in the grass before possibly getting dirty in the tree images. But after all, it is your session, so if you want to climb a tree, you climb a tree. I’ll be right there on the ground taking pictures or maybe on a ladder, but I won’t join you in the tree. lol
So, if you’re ready to capture your very own tree shots, let me know! I’d love to capture exactly what you have in mind for your senior pictures! Guy or girl, I’ve got you covered! I guess it’s been a while since I’ve blogged a senior guy session, so check this one out, while you’re here! When your kid doesn’t want senior pictures, I give you 5 reasons why you should still get them!
