The class of 2021 Senior Picture season is off and running and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so excited to be back behind the lens and capturing memories for seniors and families and headshots! I’m even more excited to have gotten to start this season off with my majorSENIORS Crew member, Nicole, and capturing her Dover Senior Pictures. We went to the farm where she boards her horse in Dover, PA. This was my first visit to Walnut Grove Farms but I fell in love and would love to visit again soon.
Red Land Senior Pictures
Usually, by the time I photograph my majorSENIORS Crew‘s senior pictures, I’ve met with and photographed them several times, so they know how to pose and stand and we are very comfortable with each other. This year, with the onset of COVID-19, this hasn’t been the case. This was only the second or third time that I’ve met with Nicole. Nicole is very outgoing, so that made things easier and she was certainly willing to try or do most anything. hence, why we ended up back in the water and she ended up fully submerged! See the below photo!
It was a hot one in June when we photographed these Red Land Senior Pictures, but Nicole nailed them all. At one point, her mama said “oh, my. You’re making her a model”. I replied with “that’s what you pay me for”. As a part of my majorSENIORS Crew, they are my models. If I need to test some lighting or a new set or want to try out a new location, my Crew is who I go to.
Nicole just recently got her new “baby”. He was a little finicky at some points, but he posed well and gave us a run for out money! We had the drone out for some video of Nicole’s session and he didn’t seem to care for the noise of that very much. You can check out that video below. Make sure to make it full screen for the full effect!
