majorTEEN Crew | Harrisburg Teen Pictures

“Did I not exist as a tween?” I think to myself as I flip the plastic pages of my parents’ family photo album. One of the few photos that exists of me as a preteen is a traditional school photo.  You know the one, that head and shoulders pose with the cheesy grin. My teeth are slightly too  big for my face and my hair isn’t combed. Ah, sweet innocence. Capturing Harrisburg Teen Pictures is the answer to this conundrum.

Babies are so cute, new and chubby. Toddlers have those big, bright eyes and lets face it, they just do the darndest things. But those tween ages are often forgotten. At ages 10-12, kids aren’t  children anymore but aren’t quite teens.

I’m making it my personal mission to capture those lost preteen years.  The goal is to help tweens and teens look and feel beautiful and have an unshakeable belief in themselves when they hit high school.

Harrisburg Teen Pictures

In comes the majorTEENS Crew.

I am starting the majorTeen Crew to fill in the forgotten photo years while  enriching the lives of pre-teens. The main goal is to make preteens look and feel beautiful and  be confident in who they are.

Who I’m Looking For:

I am looking for female models for this photography project, ages 10-15.

Why majorTEENS Crew?

I want to capture the the personality of these teens and tweens and record the last stage of their  childhood before they become young ladies. I want them to realize their true beauty so that  they are confident in themselves before they hit High School. Imagine the impact a single  beautiful image can do for your tweens selfimage.

So oddly true . Not many photos exist of me as a tween. It’s great that you are capturing these moments they surely will treasure them down the road.  And if you ever in need of a tween boy, I’m not to far from you, he just turned 12, my oldest daughter isn’t quite a teen yet she’s only 9.ReplyCancel

What a fun idea! I’m sure plenty of tween girls would build self esteem and courage from your photo shoots, not to mention make great memories!ReplyCancel

I think you smashed your mission, these lovely young ladies look so happy and the photos are once again gorgeous. It can be such an awkward age, especially when the thought of starting ‘big school’ is approaching, I love that you are doing this to instill some confidnece in them!ReplyCancel

This is so true. Although I do have a lot of pictures from my tween days since my mom loved taking pictures. I liked your point – “The goal is to help tweens and teens look and feel beautiful and have an unshakeable belief in themselves when they hit high school.”ReplyCancel

I think focusing on preteens is a great idea! I think it’s so important to make pre-teens feel special. I think they too often get lost in todays society. ReplyCancel

Very creative images and a great concept. This was a very hard time for me. I thought I was so ugly. I needed braces and I was starting to see acne on my face. Doing something like this for these teens is such a confidence booster. ReplyCancel

Never thought about it before, but you are right. It rare people consider pre-teens. Its always the youngens that are the centre of attention hahReplyCancel

You are right, and I think teenage years are mostly difficult because teenagers feel like they need to do things on their own without their parents, its easy to control then when they are a bit younger. These pictures are beautiful and the girls looks stunning!ReplyCancel
